Headspace is a meditation app that you can browse by theme, such as work stress or sleeping. Although you do need to pay to access all the meditations, they recently released a free meditation series called ‘Weathering the storm’ to help with feelings of anxiety.
Wysa. A convenient app that lets you speak to a Wysa, a free chat bot to get things off your chest and seek advice.
