There is currently a server connection issue that means that Dozens customers are unable to log into their app.

Anyone trying to use their app at the moment will be unable to log in but your card should work as normal for transactions.
There is no need to update your app as we believe this to be related to the configuration of our AWS servers. Engineers are working on this at the moment and expect it to be resolved shortly.
As soon as we have more information, we will update you in this topic and will include a report when this is resolved.
