Customers currently unable to login to the app

There is currently an issue with customers’ ability to log into the app.

The engineers are working on this & hope to resolve it shortly, hopefully within the hour.

Card transactions and transfers still work as normal. This issue only affects the ability to log in, and all other systems are working fine.

We will update this topic with news as we get it and let you know when it is resolved.

This issue was resolved today at 08:45 and all customers should now be able to log in to the app. We will continue to monitor the issue.
