As of Monday 15th November we’ll be changing our customer services opening hours.
We’ll now be open to take any chats and calls on Monday to Fridays - 9am to 6pm, and we’ll be closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Having looked at the volume and times of chats and calls over the last few months, we’ve seen that our most busy times are always weekdays and around lunchtime.
By making these changes, we’ll have more members of the customer service team available to help resolve your queries during these busiest times.
Although we’ll be closed on Saturday and Sundays, you can still send us an email or leave a voicemail outside of these opening hours and we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.
