Changes to customer service hours

In November 2019 we made some changes to our Customer Service opening hours based on our analysis of when our agents were most needed.

As with lots of things at the moment, these needs have recently changed, but we’re happy to be able to adapt our service in line with these.

More recent analysis has shown that the demand for our customer service agents has changed since people have been self-isolating, with more customers getting in touch during the day. In order to accommodate this new demand, we’re reshuffling our opening hours so we can effectively provide capacity when it’s most needed.

As of Tuesday 7th April 2020, Dozens customer service agents will be available 8.30am - 6.30pm on Monday - Friday, & 10am - 4pm on Saturdays & Bank Holidays. We will now be closed on Sundays, but you can always send an email or leave a voicemail.

The benefit of doing this is that we’ll have more agents available to help quickly solve your queries during our busiest times. Of course, you can still call or email outside of these hours and leave us a message, and we’ll look into your request and get back to you as quickly as we can.
